Anterly may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to:

- Steal, misappropriate, or unlawfully obtain any Anterly Content or data
Use of the Anterly Content or materials on the Services for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms is strictly prohibited.

If you submit content to our platform:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us a license to use, display, and process your content as necessary for our Services
- You represent that you have the right to submit such content

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled by Stripe through Clerk Billing. By subscribing:
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- You agree to Stripe's terms and conditions
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

6.2 Refunds and Cancellations
